Overview

Ganesh Himal is a small place in Nepal's central region. This place has only been visited by a few trekkers. This trek is named after one of Kathmandu's most well-known peaks, which is located north-west of the city. Trekking in the Ganesh Himal area helps trekkers to witness the rich Nepalese cultural tradition up close and connect with locals, providing a sense of satisfaction to the trekkers. At the foothills of the Ganesh Himal, it also provides an excellent habitat for a diverse range of rich flora and fauna. The show of berberis, primula, orchids, and a variety of ferns will attract hikers, with the entire area ablaze with yellow double Jasmine blossoms. The thick forest was teeming with Spanish oak, blue pine, and rhododendron blossoms in the springtime set the entire forest ablaze in dazzling displays of color. This trek's highlights include hot springs, gorges and glaciers, and spectacular scenery. With the help of our camping team, Ganesh Himal Trekking can be arranged only for camping accommodation. After driving nearly 5 hours from Kathmandu, we begin our trek in Betrawati.
